Our Green Community
There are many properties for sale and developments underway throughout Costa Rica. Some profess to be ecologically-friendly, but there are no standards in place to ensure environmental integrity. The landscape of the country is changing quickly as people from all over the world jump into one of the hottest real estate investment markets globally.
Our team saw the changes taking place in Costa Rica and wanted to use a different approach and create an ecologically conscious community that offers all the benefits of land ownership in Costa Rica, while working towards not only preserving, but restoring Costa Rica’s precious natural resources. Every home at Palm Springs Costa Rica will have high standards for both architecture and green materials. The community will also have a common house to offer a third space gathering place for all our residents to enjoy social gatherings and business meetings.
We have set aside hillside open space areas that will be reforested from grazing land using native plants to provide habitat for the wildlife for which Costa Rica is so famous. We have integrated a network of trails so our residents can all enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
While giving tours in my twin engine open cockpit airplane, I frequently flew over this beautiful riverside cattle ranch. It’s the kind of place that gives a true sense of what Costa Rica is really about. I intend to create an ecologically conscious community, with over-sized lots, riverside trails, and lots of green area for recreation.
