Palm Springs Costa Rica--Project Overview

The Location

Location

Our site is about a 2 hour drive southwest
from San Jose and a 20 minute drive south
of Jaco Beach, which is the nearest city.
It is located on the Pacific coast along the
Rio Chires River. It offers the benefits of
many local amenities, while providing a
tranquil setting, removed from the
hustle and bustle of city life. Only
minutes away, residents can enjoy
the unpopulated, long stretch of Esterillos
Beach which is abundant with seashells
and great surf. The renowned white sand
beaches along Manuel Antonio’s National Park
are just a short 40 miles south.

Esterillos is a growing area on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.  Property values have doubled over
the past 12 months and are expected to continue to rise. Two neighboring 5-Star developments include golf courses, shopping malls, and restaurants which can easily be accessed by members of the Palm Springs community.

The Land

Our 300+ acre property includes a lush river valley, rich with trees and plants. It is perfect for viewing birds and other wildlife for which Costa Rica is so famous. The valley rises up to a hilltop that offers spectacular views of the nearby forested mountains and Pacific Ocean. We have lots available both in the river valley and throughout the hilltop.

For many generations, this land was used as a cattle ranch, and 80% of it was cleared for pasture. Because so much of the land is already cleared, our project and restoration will help restore natural habitat. As part of our commitment to environmental integrity, we plan to restore a large portion of open spaces with native flora and fauna.

All landowners within Palm Springs have access to our trails along the Rio Chires where they can enjoy nature walks, hiking, biking and horseback riding.
